Thanks to its architecture based on European standards and its distributed governance layer, OmicSpace is technologically connected to key initiatives such as:- TARTAGLIA, led by GMV, which brings together nodes specialized in clinical and genomic data.
- GVA Pharmatrace Hub, coordinated by Fundación Fisabio, enabling traceability and secure exchange of pharmacological data.
- VHTeDades, focused on advanced exploitation of hospital and research data.
This interoperability ensures controlled data flow between platforms, guaranteeing security, traceability, and regulatory compliance, while enabling large-scale collaborative projects. OmicSpace acts as a central node to integrate clinical information, omics data, and biobank resources, connecting leading institutions and fostering the creation of federated cohorts for translational research and personalized medicine.
