OmicSpace Presented at Transfiere 2025, the European Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation

The OmicSpace project was presented at the 14th edition of the Transfiere Congress, the European Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation, held from March 12 to 14, 2025, at the Trade Fairs and Congress Centre of Málaga (FYCMA).

On March 13, OmicSpace was introduced as a key initiative during one of Spain’s most prominent R&D&I events, which brings together companies, universities, research centers, and both public and private organizations committed to driving innovation.

Transfiere 2025 featured a comprehensive program of presentations and networking opportunities aimed at fostering cross-sector collaboration among stakeholders in the scientific and technological ecosystem.
María Eugenia Gas, Principal Investigator of the OmicSpace project, presented the platform in the Science Room dedicated to Public-Private Collaboration in R&D&I and Health in Digitalisation and AI.

The session was moderated by Raquel Yotti, Commissioner of the PERTE for Cutting-Edge Health, and included notable speakers from the R&D&I ecosystem: José Mª Ortega, Vice President of Operations, SEDECAL, Miguel Ángel Benito, Deputy Director of Transformation, Innovation and Digital Health, Balearic Islands Health Service, Cora Vinagre, Innovation Manager, International Quantum Centre – Fujitsu, Rocío Arroyo, CEO of AMADIX and President of ASEBIO.

OmicSpace’s participation in Transfiere 2025 reinforces its position as a platform that promotes research and innovation in the healthcare sector. The project aims to create a common data ecosystem where various healthcare stakeholders can securely share information.
