What is the OmicSpace Data Space Catalogue?
The OmicSpace catalogue is a tool designed to facilitate the discovery and understanding of datasets in biomedical research and omics sciences.
It allows users to:
Discover available datasets
Learn about their key characteristics
Evaluate their usefulness for research projects
Can’t find the dataset you’re looking for?
The OmicSpace catalogue is a continuously evolving environment. Due to the varying levels of digitalization across nodes, some datasets may not yet be available or published.
If you cannot find the dataset you need, you can contact us indicating your interest. Our team will assess the feasibility of your request and, where possible, support the creation or incorporation of the dataset into the catalogue.
The Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria La Fe (IIS La Fe) is the biomedical research arm created jointly by the University and Polytechnic Hospital La Fe, the Universitat de València, the Universitat Politècnica de València, the Foundation for Research of the La Fe University Hospital, and the IVI Foundation.
